Hangzhou Metro (杭州地铁)

The Hangzhou Metro is a rapid transit system serving Hangzhou in the Zhejiang province of China. The system opened on 24 November 2012. It is the 17th city in China to operate a rapid transit system. Currently 12 lines are in operation. The nearby Shaoxing Metro connects to the system at Guniangqiao station on Line 5, and the Hangzhou–Haining Intercity Rail connects to the system at Linpingan railway station on Line 9.
