S3 Line Overview
Line S3 of the Nanjing Metro was inaugurated on December 6, 2017. It runs between Nanjing South Railway Station and Gaojiachong and has a total of 19 stations along the 36.2-kilometer line. The line crosses the Yangtze River via the Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge and serves as a suburban rapid transit route. It also provides interchange connections at Nanjing South Railway Station and Yufangqiao.
