Akabane-iwabuchi Station Overview
Akabane-iwabuchi is an underground interchange station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and the Saitama Rapid Railway Line. It opened on November 29, 1991, along with the Namboku Line, while service on the Saitama Rapid Railway Line began on March 28, 2001. It is the northern terminal of the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, and many trains continue to Saitama.
