Line 5 Overview
Tianjin Metro Line 5 was inaugurated on October 22, 2018. Its first phase opened on December 28, 2021, between Xiaojie and Xinxingcun, while the remaining middle section between Dongnanjiao and Xiaojie will open in 2024. The line is 36 kilometers long and has approximately 29 stations. It connects to several important lines, including Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 5, and Line 6, creating numerous interchange points across the network.
