Line 2 Overview
The first phase of Line 2 opened on September 16, 2011, and was extended to Weiqun Station on June 16, 2014. Construction of Phase 2 began on October 31, 2019, and is scheduled to open on June 27, 2023. Today, the line is 33.6 km long and has 25 stations. Important interchange stations include Beidajie, Xiaozhai, Administrative Center, and Nanshaomen, making it one of the busiest transfer lines in the Xi'an Metro network.
