Line 4 Overview
Line 4 is a rapid transit line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway system. The line opened on April 20, 1985, between Sanggye and Sadang. It was later extended south to Ansan in 1994, Oido in 2000, and north to Jinjeop in 2022. The line is 85.7 km long and has 51 stations. The line includes Dongdaemun, Myeong-dong, Seoul Station, Sadang, and Geumjeong, which provide interchange with major subway and railway lines.
