Monterrey Metro (Sistema de Transporte Colectivo Metrorrey)
The Metrore, officially Sistema de Transport Colectivo Metrore, is a rapid transit system in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The metro started operations in 1991. The system operates 50 high-floor electric trains with a total system of 40 stations along a length of 40 kilometers (25 mi). Since its inception, the Monterrey Metro has expanded, adding additional lines and stations to serve the growing population and meet the increasing demand for accessible public transportation.
