Kharkiv Metro (Харківський метрополітен)

The Kharkiv Metro is a rapid transit system serving the city of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city. Began operations on August 23, 1975, marking a watershed moment in the city's transportation history. The metro network consists of three lines that operate on a 38.7 kilometers (24.0 mi) route and serve 30 stations. With its iconic stations, efficient service and ongoing efforts to adapt to the city's changing needs, the Kharkiv Metro remains a symbol of Kharkiv's commitment to modern, accessible and sustainable urban mobility.
